Mastering the Service System is a proven, results-driven training program designed to help electrical service tech professionals increase revenue, improve customer trust, and deliver consistent, professional service.

This two-day, in-person training teaches technicians and companies how to properly evaluate electrical systems, present structured service options, and utilize packages and bundling strategies that naturally increase the average ticket past $4,200. and overall profitability.

This training combines classroom instruction at the Advancing the Needle Training Center with live, hands-on service execution at the Advancing the Needle Training House in Apple Valley, Ohio.

Day 1 – April 6

Training Overview

Day 1 establishes the foundation for a structured, professional service process that increases both technician confidence and company profitability.

Participants will learn how to properly conduct service calls, perform complete electrical system evaluations, and identify opportunities that allow technicians to offer customers additional solutions through structured packages and bundling.

This process allows technicians to deliver greater value to customers while increasing average service ticket revenue and improving overall company performance.

Day 2 focuses on live, real-world application of the Service System. Participants will apply the process inside an actual home and learn how to convert system evaluations into structured service packages that increase customer value and drive higher revenue.

This hands-on training teaches technicians how to present multiple options using packages and bundling strategies, allowing customers to choose the solution that best fits their needs.

This approach consistently increases average ticket size while improving the customer experience.

Total Tuition: $4,500

A $3,750 down payment is required at the time of registration.

The remaining $750. balance is due on April 6, the day of training.
